Things to know

Group Size and Trip Status

There are a few statuses for a trip. Once we propose an adventure, it will be posted as “Available,” however departure is not guaranteed until at least 4 people sign up. Trips that are full but may have space listed at a later date or trips with unique requirements are classified as “Call for Availability.” Even if the status is set to “Full”, please contact us because we still have a solution for you! What Should I Carry On?

At the time you prepare your luggage, follow Federal Aviation Regulations regarding restricted carry on items such as scissors, files, crampons, ice axes, etc or other items that could be regarded. Lighters are prohibited in the carry on luggage and in the overhead bin. Luggage should not be locked in any manner, because their contents must be accessible for possible Federal Aviation safety examination. However you may use Federal Aviation certified locks. Please also follow Federal Aviation requirements regarding liquids in carry on bags.

This Includes:

  • trip cancellation insurance,
  • insurance to assist with help, medical expenses, repatriation expenses and evacuation expenses during the trip,
  • insurance to protect against stolen luggage, loss of belongings, payments in the event of an early return or an interruption due to a legitimate reason etc.
